	Registration Form Instructions - PLEASE READ
	This form is for new players ONLY. If you have already filled out a registration form or are already on one of the teams/rosters, do not use this form - just go back and edit your existing information and send an email to the coaches who will put you on the tryout list. If you don't remember how to edit your information, click here to send an email to the staff, who will add you to the appropriate try-out roster and forward you a link to your existing information. To register for a tryout, you only need to enter the information down to the start of the "Optional Information" section. Information beyond that gives us a better idea of your interests, skills, etc., but the tryout is what determines whether or not you make the team.
